Versatile, robust yeast with neutral flavor profiles. Its low attenuation makes it possible to obtain beers with a good length in the mouth. Particularly recommended for special ales and Trappist type beers. Yeast with excellent sedimentation: does not form lumps but a fine dust when resuspended in beer.
